Community Facilities Audit and Needs Analysis
City of Wodonga
The City of Wodonga owns and manages numerous community facilities throughout the municipality. In addition, many private facilities are adding to the vibrancy and connection of the community. The growth and diversity of the Wodonga community mean that the design and function of community facilities must respond to a variety of community needs.
Projectura was engaged to complete an infrastructure audit and needs analysis to support this growth. This work was integral in ensuring that the facilities can respond to the changing needs of a growing and diverse Wodonga community.
The project enabled the City of Wodonga to confidently understand the current use and condition of community facilities in Wodonga and how they might meet the current and future needs of the population. The assessment and audit will identify and prioritise potential issues and opportunities which will feed into a strategic program to renew, upgrade and build community assets.
Projectura completed this project in mid-2021.
