Landcare Victoria Inc. sought to engage with the landcare community and other stakeholders to create a road map for the future growth and development of community landcare in Victoria.
Projectura was appointed to undertake a range of engagement with landcare and other stakeholders and to prepare an issues and opportunities report to inform a strategic plan.
Projectura engaged with over 300 people through online and face to face workshops, an online survey and telephone interviews to gather an understanding of the strengths, barriers, opportunities and aspirations for community landcare in Victoria.
An engagement findings paper summarising key engagement themes and a series of recommendations was prepared, enabling Landcare Victoria to have clear grass-roots guidance to integrate into the creation of a Landcare Plan for Victoria.
